You can’t out train a poor diet.

Too many people go to the gym 4, 5, 6 days a week and are getting virtually no visible results. I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s not what people have in mind when they start going to the gym.

If this is something you’re experiencing, it’s almost always due to diet. You can train and train but if you aren’t getting the proper nutrition or worse yet, you’re eating garbage, all that time spent in the gym is wasted… Ok, maybe it’s not a waste but it’s certainly not being maximized.

Now I don’t know about you but as a husband, father, and business owner, I don’t have much time to waste so I want to be sure to get the most out of every minute I set aside for training.

In addition to the visual benefits we get from training and a proper diet, there’s also the health component. Looking good on the outside is important, sure, but I also want to be healthy on the inside as well.

It’s important for people to understand just how big of an impact nutrition has on our bodies. From gut health, to heart health, to all of the numbers we track like cholesterol and blood pressure… All of these things are a result of how we eat.

Food can really act as our medicine… or as a poison, depending on what we eat. So many of the ailments or problems people are being put on prescription drugs for could be rendered nonexistent with the proper diet.
